Owen Cooper, a 15-year-old British actor from Warrington, has made Emmy history as the youngest-ever nominee in the Outstanding Supporting Actor category for a limited series for his role in Netflix’s "Adolescence." The four-part British drama, co-created by Stephen Graham, tells the story of a 13-year-old boy accused of murder and has garnered a total of 13 Emmy nominations, including Best Actor for Graham and supporting acting nods for other cast members. Cooper faces competition from his co-star Ashley Walters but could become the youngest male winner in the category, breaking a record previously held since 1972.
