US Road Closures Cause Delays This Week

Multiple road construction projects are causing closures and delays across the U.S. this week. In Arizona, parts of I-10 and Loop 101 near Phoenix will be closed, requiring detours for travelers. Indiana's U.S. 41 near Princeton will see alternating lane closures starting Monday for the construction of a 'reduced-conflict intersection'. Shreveport's Kings Highway is undergoing repairs to address longstanding pothole and drainage issues. In Pittsburgh, the Parkway East's Wilkinsburg exit ramp will be closed starting July 22 as part of a $95 million project to replace the Commercial Street Bridge. Lastly, in the Great Smoky Mountains, a rockslide has temporarily closed one lane of the northbound Gatlinburg Spur.
