Two Arrested in Fatal Lower Merion Home Invasion

Kelvin Roberts, 42, was arrested in connection with a home invasion in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania, that resulted in the death of 25-year-old Andrew Gaudio and left his 61-year-old mother, Bernadette Gaudio, critically injured. The incident occurred on December 8, during which Andrew was shot multiple times while trying to protect his mother, who was bedridden and also shot. Roberts, along with accomplice Charles Fulforth, is charged with second-degree murder, robbery, and related offenses. The Gaudios' home was ransacked, and items including jewelry and a Jeep were stolen. Bernadette managed to call 911 using Siri after the attack, demonstrating her bravery as the suspects rummaged through her house. Both suspects have criminal histories, and the investigation revealed evidence suggesting two gunmen were involved in this tragic crime.
