Kathryn Crosby, Widow of Bing Crosby, Dies at 90
Kathryn Crosby, the actress and widow of iconic singer Bing Crosby, has died at the age of 90 from natural causes at her home in Hillsborough, California. She was known for her roles in classic films such as 'The 7th Voyage of Sinbad' and 'Anatomy of a Murder,' and her early career included appearances in Alfred Hitchcock's 'Rear Window.' Born Olivia Kathryn Grandstaff in Texas, she married Bing Crosby in 1957 after converting to Catholicism, becoming his second wife. Kathryn also hosted 'The Kathryn Crosby Show' and appeared in various Christmas specials alongside her husband. Following Bing's death in 1977, she continued to perform in stage productions, including a Broadway revival of 'State Fair.' She is survived by her three children and several grandchildren.
