Cult of the Lamb Album Release Announced

Massive Monster, in collaboration with Devolver Digital and Laced Records, is set to release a six-track metal album titled 'Cult of the Lamb: Hymns of the Unholy' on October 28, 2024. This album reimagines the game's original soundtrack by River Boy, featuring contributions from notable metal musicians such as Howard Jones (ex-Killswitch Engage), Matthew K. Heafy (Trivium), and instrumentalists from bands like Polyphia and Animals as Leaders. The lead single, 'CULT,' performed by Pick Up Goliath and featuring Howard Jones, comes with an animated music video that intertwines scenes from previous game trailers with new content. Jay Armstrong, co-founder of Massive Monster, emphasized the natural connection between the game's themes and heavy metal, while Heafy stated the collaboration reflects his lifelong passion for both video games and metal music. The album will be available on major music platforms and in physical format through the Devolver Digital store.
