Carl Jenkinson Joins Bromley on Free Transfer

Bromley, a League Two club, has made headlines with the signing of former England international and Arsenal right-back Carl Jenkinson. The 32-year-old joined Bromley as a free agent after leaving Australian side Newcastle Jets, where he made 34 appearances over two seasons. Jenkinson expressed his enthusiasm about joining the club and contributing to their aspirations following promotion from the National League last season; however, the team is currently winless in their last five league matches. This marks Jenkinson's fifth London club, following stints at Charlton, Arsenal, West Ham, and Nottingham Forest. He will wear the number 6 jersey at Bromley and is expected to make his debut in upcoming home games against MK Dons and Chesterfield. Jenkinson previously earned one cap for England in 2012 and won the FA Cup with Arsenal in 2014.
