Kurt Busch, Gant, Hendrick Head 2026 NASCAR Hall
The NASCAR Hall of Fame Class of 2026 will induct Kurt Busch, 2004 Cup Series champion with 34 Cup wins across four manufacturers and five organizations, Harry Gant, the oldest winner in Cup history at age 52 and known for his four consecutive Cup victories in 1991, and Ray Hendrick, a legendary racer with over 700 wins in modified and late model sportsman divisions and recognized as one of NASCAR's winningest drivers. Busch enters the Hall as a first-ballot selection, highlighted by his 2004 championship and 2017 Daytona 500 victory. Gant, nicknamed 'Mr. September,' became a fan favorite for his achievements and longevity. Ray Hendrick, called 'Mr. Modified,' is celebrated for his extraordinary success on short tracks. The Landmark Award for Outstanding Contributions to NASCAR will be presented to H.A. 'Humpy' Wheeler for his influential leadership and promotional work at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The induction ceremony is scheduled for January 23, 2026.
