BJP MLA Hans Raj from Churah, Himachal Pradesh, is facing serious allegations of sexual harassment after a 20-year-old woman lodged a complaint against him for sending obscene messages and demanding nude photographs via WhatsApp. The FIR, filed on August 9, cites sections related to sexual harassment and criminal intimidation. The complainant, whose father is a local BJP worker, claims that Hans Raj pressured her into sharing explicit images and has faced intimidation to delete their conversations. She also reported that one of her phones was destroyed by his associates in an attempt to erase evidence.
