LaLiga president opposes Dani Olmo's registration

LaLiga president Javier Tebas has reiterated his opposition to the registration of Dani Olmo, despite the Spanish Sports Council granting a temporary measure allowing him to play for Barcelona. Tebas stated that LaLiga believes Olmo's registration was not properly authorized and plans to challenge it through legal channels, supporting clubs that have protested against it. He emphasized that while Olmo currently holds a valid license, any future reversal of his registration would not affect the outcomes of matches he has already participated in. The situation remains contentious, with several clubs backing LaLiga's stance. A final decision regarding Olmo's registration is anticipated by early April. In the meantime, Olmo has scored six goals and provided three assists in 18 matches for Barcelona this season.
