Adam Sandler Brings 90s Nostalgia Across North America Tour

Adam Sandler kicked off his 'You're My Best Friend' North American comedy tour in Florida, delighting audiences with a nostalgic celebration of the 1980s and 1990s. At the shows in Jacksonville, Tampa, and Miami, Sandler performed the iconic opening chords of Vanilla Ice's 1990 hit 'Ice Ice Baby,' bringing Vanilla Ice himself on stage to perform, much to the crowd's excitement. Longtime collaborator Kevin James joined the performance, dancing energetically and participating in comedic sketches with Sandler, including a playful bit about their friendship. A surprise guest dressed as Michelangelo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles also appeared, referencing Vanilla Ice's 1991 cameo and song 'Ninja Rap.' Sandler paid tribute to his late 'Saturday Night Live' and 'Grown Ups' co-star Chris Farley with a heartfelt song, adding emotional depth to the evening. The tour continues with stops in major cities including New York, Boston, Toronto, Chicago, Seattle, and concludes in Las Vegas on November 1.
