Stratford Shooting Leaves Two Dead, Two Injured

A neighborhood dispute in Stratford, Ontario, led to a tragic shooting on August 1, resulting in two deaths, including the shooter, and two serious injuries. The shooter, Ricky Bilcke, initially used a high-powered rifle before switching to a shotgun and subsequently taking his own life. Jonathan Bennett, 36, was pronounced dead at the hospital, while David Tokley, 43, is in life-threatening condition. Another victim, Stephanie Irvine, sustained life-altering injuries. Stratford Police received multiple 911 calls around 10:45 p.m. and are continuing to investigate, seeking witness statements and surveillance footage. The area remains cordoned off for ongoing investigations.
