Beyoncé, Jay-Z Cleared from Diddy Lawsuit

Manzaro Joseph, an accuser in a lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, has amended his claims by removing the names of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, who were initially alleged to have witnessed an incident at a 2015 party in Miami. The amendments follow after Jay-Z's attorney, Alex Spiro, provided evidence that the couple was not in Miami at the time, warning against false allegations. Joseph's original lawsuit accused Diddy of drugging him and forcing him to wear a vulgar mask at the party, a claim that has remained unchanged except for the removal of the Carters' names. Other celebrities like LeBron James and the Estefans are still mentioned in the lawsuit, although they have denied the allegations. This is the second time Jay-Z has been cleared of similar accusations, as another accuser retracted her claims against him. Diddy remains in custody and has pleaded not guilty, with his trial set for May 5.
