Former Bengals CB Adam Jones Arrested Assaulting Officer Kentucky

During the booking process at the Kenton County Detention Center, Jones reportedly assaulted an arresting officer, causing minor injuries. Jones has a history of legal troubles, including arrests in 2023 at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and in 2024 in Arlington, Texas, involving similar charges such as public intoxication and assault. His representative denies the recent allegations, emphasizing Jones was simply enjoying himself at a boxing event before the incident. Jones played 13 seasons in the NFL, retiring in 2019, and has been open about his past run-ins with the law. His court date for the latest arrest is scheduled for June 11.
