FAA Investigates Fatal Helicopter Crash in Louisiana

A tragic helicopter crash in Iowa, Louisiana on Friday night resulted in the deaths of three people: Jared Savant, 50, his wife Tanya Savant, 35, and their two-year-old child. The Robinson R44 helicopter, piloted by Jared Savant, crashed and caught fire on Hecker Road around 9 p.m. The cause of the crash remains unknown, with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board leading the investigation. Local law enforcement, fire department, and the Louisiana State Police responded to the scene, and community members provided assistance until first responders arrived.
