Diplo Faces Lawsuit and Arrest Warrant

DJ and producer Diplo, whose real name is Thomas Wesley Pentz, faces a lawsuit from a Jane Doe accusing him of distributing sexually explicit images and videos without her consent. The lawsuit alleges that Diplo recorded their intimate encounters and shared the material with third parties through Snapchat. Their relationship spanned from 2016 to October 2023, and Doe found out about the distribution in November 2023 when another woman informed her. This is Diplo's second such accusation in recent years, with a previous case involving similar charges. Doe reported the incident to the NYPD, which issued a warrant for Diplo's arrest. Legal representatives for Diplo have not yet responded to these allegations.
