Mark Clouse to Lead Commanders in 2025

Mark Clouse, the current CEO of Campbell’s, is set to become the new president of the NFL’s Washington Commanders, filling the role previously held by Jason Wright. Clouse will officially step down from Campbell’s on January 31, 2025, to assume his new position, where he will oversee business operations and report directly to team owner Josh Harris. This move is part of the Commanders' broader leadership overhaul under new ownership. Clouse has been credited with transforming Campbell’s, enhancing its brand portfolio and competitive edge. His leadership skills and commitment to building a strong organizational culture were significant factors in his hiring. Mick Beekhuizen, currently leading Campbell’s meals and beverages division, will succeed Clouse as the company’s CEO in February.
