Atlanta Dream Rout Mystics, Extend Win Streak

The Atlanta Dream defeated the Washington Mystics 99-83, achieving their third straight win and setting a season high for points scored in consecutive games. Brionna Jones led the Dream with 23 points on 9-of-10 shooting, while Allisha Gray contributed 22 points and Naz Hillmon recorded a double-double. Atlanta overcame a 10-0 deficit early, dominating the middle quarters by forcing 22 Mystics turnovers and scoring 33 points off those mistakes. The Mystics, led by rookie Kiki Iriafen’s 22 points and Shakira Austin’s 16, have now lost five of their last seven games and dropped to ninth in the standings. Atlanta shot 56% from the field and out-rebounded Washington 33-19, leading by as many as 21 points in the fourth quarter.
