Suspects Apprehended in Allentown Nightclub Shooting

Pedro Junior Paulino, 35, has been charged with criminal homicide and several other offenses related to a shooting at the BKK Lounge in Allentown, Pennsylvania, which occurred on February 2, 2025. The incident resulted in the death of Ivan Diaz Jr. and injuries to three others. Paulino, identified through surveillance footage and social media, turned himself in and is now in custody without bail. His co-defendant, David Isaiah Rivera, 26, was arrested within 12 hours of the shooting and faces similar charges. The confrontation that led to the shooting started inside the club and escalated into the parking lot. Both suspects fled the scene in separate vehicles but were later apprehended by authorities.
