Benj Pasek and Justin Paul Achieve EGOT Status

Songwriting duo Benj Pasek and Justin Paul have joined the prestigious EGOT club by winning an Emmy for their song 'Which of the Pickwick Triplets Did It?' from Hulu's 'Only Murders in the Building.' They collaborated with Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman on the Emmy-winning song. Pasek and Paul previously earned an Oscar for 'City of Stars' from 'La La Land,' Tonys for 'Dear Evan Hansen,' and Grammys for both the 'Dear Evan Hansen' and 'The Greatest Showman' albums. This achievement makes them the 20th and 21st members of the EGOT club and the youngest to achieve this status at the age of 39. They are also the second team to receive EGOT status together, following Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice.
