Three Men Sentenced for Firearm Offenses

In recent federal cases across North Carolina and Texas, multiple individuals have been sentenced for firearms-related offenses. In Beaumont, Damon Donte Henry was sentenced to 46 months for smuggling a modified AR-15 rifle into a fair. Additionally, James Earl Holmes, 45, was sentenced to 110 months after shooting a woman while on supervised release for a prior firearms conviction.
