The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday when two men were followed into the store by three assailants who attacked them with pipe wrenches. During the altercation, one of the victims fired shots, hitting one of the attackers, who later died at the hospital, while another attacker sustained a leg injury but is not considered a suspect. The police have taken one of the shooting victims into custody and are investigating the circumstances leading to the violent confrontation, although they do not believe it to be gang-related. No customers or store employees were hurt during the incident, and authorities are seeking additional witnesses to clarify the sequence of events.
