These models, designed for various sectors such as automotive and gaming, feature improved capabilities in math and coding, and can generate both text and images. The open-source nature allows global researchers and businesses to utilize these models without the need for extensive data training, promoting innovation and reducing costs. Additionally, Alibaba has upgraded its proprietary Qwen-Max model, which reportedly outperforms competitors like Meta's Llama and OpenAI’s GPT-4 in reasoning and language comprehension. A new text-to-video tool has also been introduced, enabling users to generate videos from text prompts.
