Tacoma Man Sentenced for Coercion and Revenge Porn

Brandon Kuper, a 22-year-old from Tacoma, Washington, has been sentenced to nearly 14 years in federal prison for coercing a minor into sending sexually explicit materials via social media platforms Discord and Snapchat. Kuper coerced the victim into producing and sending him sexually explicit photos and videos involving sadistic and masochistic conduct and threatened to harm the victim and their family if his demands were not met. He also engaged in revenge pornography against other victims who resisted his demands. Kuper's arrest in November 2022 resulted in a federal indictment for producing child pornography and enticing a minor, to which he pleaded guilty in November 2024. Following his prison sentence, Kuper will be on supervised release for ten years. The investigation began with a tip to Bend Police, which was then forwarded to federal authorities.
