According to insiders, Affleck is willing to accept an even larger financial loss just to sever the final tie that binds him to Lopez. The 38,000 square-foot Crestview Manor features extensive amenities including a 12-bedroom main house, a guest penthouse, multiple sports courts, and parking for up to 80 vehicles. Lopez cited their separation date as April 26, 2024, in divorce documents, and the finalized divorce came earlier this year. While Affleck acknowledges Lopez will always have a presence in his life due to their families, he is eager to move on by selling the mansion and cutting this symbolic connection.
