Two Arrested in Petersburg Shooting Incidents

Multiple suspects have been arrested in connection with recent shootings in different locations. In Taylorsville, Samuel Deal faces numerous felony charges, including armed robbery and assault, related to a September 22 shooting incident where he exchanged gunfire with a victim. In Houston, Francisco Javier Ochoa has been charged with manslaughter for the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Joselyn Espinoza and was booked after surrendering to authorities. Warren Del Unkefer, 39, is charged with murder following the September 20 shooting of Robert Culver, 63, at an apartment complex in Houston. Additionally, Q’Shawn Scott, linked to a 2022 murder, faces charges of second-degree murder and firearm offenses after a shooting on September 10 in Petersburg. Both Scott and another suspect, Jamal Burrows, are currently in custody awaiting court appearances.
