Police uncover cannabis farms across UK, arrest several

In Newport, a 31-year-old man received a community resolution order after police discovered several cannabis plants at a residential address. A major bust in Medway revealed around 500 plants worth an estimated £200,000, linked to organized crime and exploitation. Additionally, in Leicestershire, officers reported finding 429 plants valued at £250,000 following community concerns. Authorities emphasize that such illegal activities are often associated with serious crimes, including modern slavery.
