Andrew Coleman, a 33-year-old man, has been arrested in Southern California after allegedly killing his pregnant girlfriend and their unborn child in San Mateo. Police were called to the home on South B Street around 6 p.m. on Sunday, where the 37-year-old woman was found dead. Family members discovered the victim, who was nine months pregnant. Coleman fled the scene but was tracked using technology and apprehended by the West Covina Police Department. Coleman faces murder charges and additional unrelated charges in West Covina. San Mateo police are continuing their investigation and have urged domestic violence survivors to seek help from local support services.
