Shelton Henderson, a five-star small forward ranked No. 14 nationally in the 2025 class, has decommitted from Duke and officially signed with the Miami Hurricanes, following head coach Jai Lucas. Henderson cited his relationship with Lucas and Miami's supportive environment as key reasons for his decision. His signing boosts Miami's recruiting class to 17th nationally and fourth in the ACC, joining other top recruits and transfers. Henderson, who averaged over 22 points per game and led his high school team to the Texas state championship game, brings significant talent to the program. The Hurricanes, coming off a last-place ACC finish and undergoing a roster overhaul under Lucas, now have one of the conference's most promising lineups.
