Shaun White's Snow League Starts First Competition in Aspen

Shaun White's new competition series, The Snow League, kicks off in Aspen this weekend, featuring 36 elite athletes from around the globe showcasing their snowboarding and freeskiing skills. The event is the first of its kind, dedicated exclusively to these sports, with competitions designed to prioritize the athletes' experiences. The initial event will host 20 male and 16 female competitors, including notable figures like Maddie Mastro and Ayumu Hirano. Following the Aspen event, the league will continue with additional competitions planned in China, Colorado, and Switzerland between 2025 and 2026. White expressed his vision for a unified global competition that he dreamed of throughout his career, emphasizing the importance of world-class venues.
