StoneX Completes Right Corp Acquisition Expanding Global Meat Trading

StoneX Commodity Solutions (SCS), a subsidiary of StoneX Group Inc., has completed its acquisition of Right Corporation, a Bozeman, Montana-based physical meat-trading company. Founded in 2000 and led by Leslie Wright, Right Corporation provides trading and logistics services for independent meat packing operations, distributors, and end-users, and Wright will remain in a leadership role following the acquisition. The deal expands StoneX into physical meat trading, broadens its client base, and enhances its ability to serve processors, packers, distributors, and end-users with increased scale, efficiency, and value. It also allows StoneX to complement its OTC swap desk offerings by providing pricing services backed by Right Corporation’s physical supply and trading capabilities. Additionally, Right Corporation will gain expanded international reach with sourcing opportunities from countries like Brazil, Argentina, Australia, and New Zealand, supporting global supply resilience amid rising U.S. demand. Both companies expressed optimism about growth opportunities resulting from combined capabilities and institutional strength.
