Forest Green Rovers appoint Robbie Savage as new manager

Forest Green Rovers have appointed former Premier League midfielder Robbie Savage as their new manager following the dismissal of Steve Cotterill. Savage, who has managed Macclesfield FC since 2024 and led them to promotion, resigned from his role as Macclesfield's director of football to fully commit to Forest Green.
