Beckham Expected Knighthood at King's Foundation Gala
King Charles III hosted the King's Foundation's 35th anniversary awards at St James’s Palace, celebrating achievements in sustainability, traditional crafts, and community development. The event was attended by prominent figures such as David Beckham, Kate Winslet, Meryl Streep, and Stanley Tucci. Beckham, who became a Foundation ambassador in 2024, is widely expected to receive a knighthood from King Charles, which would grant Victoria Beckham the title of Lady. The King Charles III Harmony Award was presented to Nobel laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus for his global impact on sustainability and humanitarian work. The Foundation, established by King Charles in 1990, has trained over 115,000 students and impacted more than 500,000 lives. The ceremony also occurred amid reported family tensions affecting both the Beckhams and the royal family.
