The Weather Station Announces New Album Humanhood

Tamara Lindeman, known as The Weather Station, has announced her upcoming album, 'Humanhood', set for release on January 17, 2025, via Fat Possum, with the lead single 'Neon Signs' already available. Lindeman describes 'Neon Signs' as a reflection of her feelings of confusion and dissociation amidst societal pressures and climate emergencies, capturing the entangled emotions of love and coercion. The album, co-produced with Marcus Paquin, features contributions from various musicians, including Kieran Adams and Ben Boye, and marks a shift towards more introspective songwriting following Lindeman's struggles with mental health. The Weather Station will embark on a European tour in early 2025, with multiple dates scheduled across major cities. This release follows her critically acclaimed works, 'Ignorance' and 'How Is It That I Should Look at the Stars'.
