In Madison, a man shot in a parking lot on the 5900 block of Schroeder Rd. was taken to a hospital in stable condition, and in River North a 61-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint near Grand Avenue by four suspects who fled with his belongings; no injuries or arrests were reported in those cases.
