Amazon Casts Actors for Spider-Man Noir Series

Amazon's upcoming live-action series 'Spider-Man Noir' has expanded its cast to include Lukas Haas, Cameron Britton, and several others, joining Nicolas Cage as the lead character, an aging private investigator in 1930s New York. The series will explore themes of corruption and personal redemption as the protagonist, Ben Reilly, confronts his past as a once-revered superhero. Developed by Oren Uziel and Steve Lightfoot, the series aims to deliver a darker, more mature take on the Spider-Man mythos, distinct from traditional portrayals. It will debut on MGM+ and subsequently on Prime Video, produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios. The creative team includes Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, known for their work on 'Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse'. This series is part of Amazon's expanding Marvel universe, which also includes the 'Silk: Spider Society' project.
