USMNT Defeats Jamaica 4-2, Advances in Nations League
The U.S. Men's National Team (USMNT) advanced to the semifinals of the CONCACAF Nations League with a 4-2 victory over Jamaica, winning the two-legged quarterfinal matchup 5-2 on aggregate. Christian Pulisic scored twice in the first half, with goals in the 14th and 33 minutes, while Ricardo Pepi added a third just before halftime. Jamaica's Demarai Gray responded with two goals, but Tim Weah's strike in the 55th minute secured the win for the U.S. The USMNT will now compete in the Nations League Finals in March and has also qualified for the Gold Cup in June. This victory marks a continuation of the team's success in recent competitions, having won the Nations League in 2021, 2023, and 2024. The performance under new coach Mauricio Pochettino builds momentum as the team prepares for the 2026 World Cup.
