EUME Raises ₹25 Crore Series A Led Ashish Kacholia Expands Stores India
Mumbai-based direct-to-consumer travel luggage and accessories brand EUME has raised ₹25 crore in a Series A funding round led by prominent investor Ashish Kacholia, with participation from existing backers including Pradeep Rathod and Prithviraj Kothari. The capital will be used to expand EUME’s physical retail footprint with three new flagship stores planned in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, as well as to strengthen its team, ramp up marketing, and support working capital. Founded by Naina Parekh and Pranay Parekh, EUME aims to become India’s premier premium travel luggage brand by doubling its product portfolio and focusing on premiumisation to capitalize on growing consumer demand for high-quality, design-led products. The company has previously raised ₹15 crore in a Pre-Series A round led by Kacholia, and reported revenue growth alongside increased net losses, reflecting aggressive expansion efforts. EUME also plans to enhance its presence in both B2C and corporate gifting markets, leveraging brand collaborations with marquee events like the Tata Mumbai Marathon and SulaFest to build awareness. Lead investor Kacholia expressed strong confidence in EUME’s vision and execution capabilities, calling it a long-term winner in the fast-growing Indian travel and lifestyle segment.
