Cowboys Interview Falcons' Kevin Koger, Broncos' Chris Banjo for Coordinator Roles

The Dallas Cowboys are interested in interviewing Atlanta Falcons tight ends coach Kevin Koger for their vacant offensive coordinator position, as confirmed by NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero. Koger, who has a diverse coaching background including stints with the Packers and Chargers, has been credited with coaching Kyle Pitts, who caught 47 passes for 602 yards last season. This marks the second team to express interest in Koger, who previously interviewed for the Browns' offensive coordinator vacancy. If Koger leaves, he would be the second coach to depart from the Falcons' staff this offseason, following the exit of pass game specialist Chandler Whitmer. Koger's coaching experience includes roles at Michigan, Tennessee, and Eastern Kentucky before making his way to the NFL. The Cowboys are actively working to build their coaching staff under newly appointed head coach Brian Schottenheimer.
