Christina Applegate, the 53-year-old actress known for roles in "Married… with Children" and "Dead to Me," is set to release her debut memoir titled You With the Sad Eyes in March 2026. The book will candidly explore her life from a tumultuous childhood in 1970s Los Angeles to her early acting career, including her struggles with abuse, abandonment, body dysmorphia, assault, and her battles with breast cancer and multiple sclerosis (MS). Applegate was diagnosed with MS in 2021, which has significantly impacted her life and career, leading her to slow down and reflect deeply on her experiences.
