Bucks County Police Search Suspect After Oxford Valley Mall Shooting

Middletown Township police are actively searching for a suspect involved in a targeted shooting outside the Oxford Valley Mall near the JCPenney store on June 19. The victim, a 25-year-old man from Trenton, New Jersey, was shot and stabbed in the arm, treated at St. Mary Medical Center, and has since been released and is recovering at home. Surveillance footage shows the suspect, described as a thin Black male under 30 with dreadlocks and a unique gait, before and after the shooting near the SEPTA bus stop and running toward the old Boscov's building by the Atlee Square Apartments. Police emphasized the incident was targeted and not a public threat, and they are seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect. The shooting led to a lockdown of the mall and evacuation of the nearby Sesame Place theme park as a precaution. Authorities continue to pursue leads and conduct interviews in the ongoing investigation.
