Rochester Hills Man Charged With Sexual Conduct Involving 15-Year-Old

Valor James Harrison, a 22-year-old man from Rochester Hills, Michigan, has been charged with multiple felony counts including third-degree criminal sexual conduct and accosting a child for immoral purposes after allegedly using Instagram to lure a 15-year-old girl to meet him for sex. Investigators revealed that Harrison convinced the underage girl to meet up multiple times despite not knowing each other beforehand, and he was not clear about his own age. Harrison was taken into custody by Northville Township and Canton Township police and is currently held on a $100,000 bond. He has a prior criminal history involving sexual crimes, including a no-contest plea to criminal sexual conduct in January for assaulting a Michigan State University student after stalking her online.
