BBC Unveils Christmas Animated Special 'Tiddler'

The BBC and Magic Light Pictures have unveiled a first look at 'Tiddler', a new Christmas animated special based on Julia Donaldson's beloved children's book. The story follows a little fish named Tiddler, who uses his vivid imagination and storytelling to navigate the ocean and ultimately find his way home. The half-hour special will feature a talented voice cast led by Hannah Waddingham, alongside Lolly Adefope, Jayde Adams, and Rob Brydon, marking Brydon's twelfth collaboration with Donaldson and Scheffler adaptations. Directed by Andy Martin and Alex Bain, 'Tiddler' highlights themes of confidence and creativity in children. Following last year's successful adaptation, 'Tabby McTat', which attracted 8.6 million viewers, anticipation for 'Tiddler' is high. The film will be available on BBC iPlayer and BBC One this Christmas.
