Kuehne+Nagel Acquires Majority Stake in IMC Logistics

IMC, headquartered in Collierville, Tennessee, specializes in end-to-end transportation solutions, managing approximately 2 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) annually and generating around $800 million in revenue in 2023. The acquisition, expected to close in the first quarter of 2025 pending regulatory approvals, will allow Kuehne+Nagel to enhance its logistics capabilities and deepen its longstanding partnership with IMC.
