In Milei's absence, Foreign Minister Diana Mondino will represent Argentina at the Mercosur Summit. Additionally, Milei is proposing a bill to lower the minimum age for offenders to be tried as adults to 13 years and announced no further cabinet changes while considering electoral law amendments.
