Fashion designer Kenneth Cole has listed his Purchase, NY estate for $22 million, a significant increase from the $2.8 million he paid for it in 1991. The luxurious 12,000-square-foot home, built in 1912, sits on a sprawling 14-acre lot and features seven bedrooms, numerous bathrooms, and amenities including a heated saltwater pool and a five-hole putting green. Cole, who has built a billion-dollar fashion empire, decided to sell the property after becoming an empty nester with his wife, Maria Cuomo Cole. The estate also served as a filming location for the 1969 film 'Goodbye, Columbus', which influenced Cole's decision to purchase the home. The property is being marketed by Sotheby’s International Realty, highlighting its serene environment and proximity to Manhattan.
