The Jesus Lizard Releases New Single 'Moto(R)'}

The Jesus Lizard has released a new single titled 'Moto(R)', the third from their upcoming album 'Rack', which will be their first full-length release in 26 years, set to drop on September 13 through Ipecac Recordings. Guitarist Duane Denison described 'Moto(R)' as neither 'Motörhead' nor 'Radiohead', emphasizing its unique sound characterized by a heavy metal influence. The accompanying music video features live concert footage that showcases frontman David Yow's energetic performance style, alongside dynamic visuals including drag cars and urban scenes. The band will embark on a tour starting September 7 at the Hopscotch Music Festival, with additional dates lined up in the US and UK through December and January. 'Rack' was recorded last year in Nashville and has been anticipated as a significant return for the influential noise-rock band.
