Multiple Fatal Drownings Reported in US, India

A series of drowning incidents have resulted in multiple fatalities in the US and India in June 2025. Gustavo Duarte, 24, drowned in Lake Isabella, California, after swimming without a flotation device and being reported missing. In Mississippi, Dan Reynolds III, 64, drowned near Gulfport Harbor after his boat capsized in rough waters, though three others survived.
