Girl lured to beach

A 13-year-old girl in Kelowna, British Columbia was lured to Boyce-Gyro Beach Park by a friend on September 27, only to be brutally beaten unconscious by a group of approximately 30 bullies. The attackers recorded the assault, which included jumping on her and throwing dirt on her while she lay motionless. Her father, Donovan, expressed disbelief at the violence, stating he could not understand what prompted such an attack, especially since most of the assailants were not her schoolmates.
