Arjun Tendulkar, son of legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, delivered a stellar performance in the Dr (Capt) K Thimmappiah Memorial Tournament, also known as the KSCA Invitational. Representing Goa, he claimed nine wickets across two innings, leading his team to a resounding innings and 189-run victory over Karnataka. This pre-season event for state teams saw Arjun taking 5 for 41 in the first innings and 4 for 46 in the second, dismantling a KSCA XI squad mostly composed of U-19 and U-23 players. Goa posted a substantial total of 413, aided by Abhinav Tejrana's century and Manthan Khutkar's 69. Arjun, who will turn 25 next week, has now played 49 senior-level matches across formats, securing 68 wickets, with 21 of those in 13 first-class games. His performance marks a promising start to the upcoming domestic season.
