Meta Tests Long-Form Text Feature on Threads Platform

Meta's social platform Threads is testing a new feature that allows users to share long-form text posts within a single update, moving beyond its previous short-format style. This feature, called "text attachment," enables users to attach extended text with basic formatting options, appealing to creators, writers, and journalists who seek to publish deeper content without resorting to workarounds like screenshots. Unlike X's similar "Articles" feature, which is limited to Premium subscribers, Threads currently offers long-form text access to all users, though this may change in the future.
